I have mostly worked with mid to big sized IT enterprises for the most part of my career. Though I've been in management/leadership roles for roughly more than half of that time, I still like to be very hands-on with the regular day-to-day work involving my teams. I have mostly worked in these following areas.
I have been involved in all the aspects of planning, execution and analysis parts of usability testing, either as a part of a team or individually. I have also done a fair bit of A/B and multi-variate testing setup, however interacting with and observing the end-users seems more interesting to me.
